As a retired Navy SEAL officer with 23 years of service, Scott led specialized teams across the globe, operating in high-risk and resource-constrained conditions where teamwork, adaptability, and decisive leadership meant the difference between success and failure. Rising from enlisted ranks to an executive officer role, he commanded and directed hundreds of personnel, managed millions in assets, and shaped future leaders in both military and business settings.

Scott’s leadership expertise extends beyond the battlefield. He holds a Master’s Degree in Defense Analysis from Naval Postgraduate School, equipping him with advanced strategic thinking and operational planning skills. After transitioning from active duty, he built a multi-million-dollar defense contracting company from the ground up, securing major government contracts and demonstrating the ability to lead in complex business environments. Beyond the boardroom, Scott is a lifelong adventurer and athlete, having summited Mount Kilimanjaro at 18 years old, kayaked 210 miles in snow and ice for charity, and earned his U.S. Coast Guard Master Captain’s License.
