We don’t walk in telling you what your problem is, we let you tell us! Too many coaching organizations storm in with a list of boiler plate curriculum, not Safe Harbor Leadership! We walk in with a blank notebook and listen. After our meeting we form a plan, assemble the right coaches, and present you a solution.

Leadership Coaching

Don’t reserve a classroom in your facility, We have a bigger one! Our experiential based learning uses the wilderness as our classroom. Safe Harbor Leadership places students in an environment stripped of distractions. No phones, computers, or white boards. We purposely (and safely) put our students “outside their comfort zone” where they discover their true self, we simply guide them thought self-reflection, challenges, and group discussions. This is your journey, we will work with you to find the best dates, the appropriate length, and desired location. Do weekends work better? No problem!
